We provide anchor points tailored for two main uses, each with distinct pricing. Our rates for roof anchor points are as follows: 

• Fall arrest systems are generally priced at $200 per anchor point. 
• Rope access systems are usually in the range of $300-$350 per anchor point. 

Each roof access setup varies, as every site has unique requirements to meet height safety compliance. A standard installation typically includes about 14 anchor points, among other height safety measures.

Low Pro Roof Anchor Point System

The Low Pro roof anchor point system is designed for secure access to roof perimeters and areas prone to falls, facilitating the straightforward and secure upkeep of gutters and roof-mounted apparatus. When utilised in tandem, it offers rope access for the maintenance of facades and windows.

The Xplora roof anchor point system is tailored for both concrete roofs and surface-mounted roof decks, ensuring secure access to roof-based installations, gutter and edge maintenance, and rope-assisted access for the upkeep and cleaning of facades and windows.

• The 100mm penetration depth for concrete anchor setups enhances load-bearing capacity
